We’re Simon Youlton and Kathryn Porritt, founders of The Headquarters.

He’s a fully licensed financial adviser, holds a Triple Accredited MBA, and has completed executive programmes at Cambridge, Oxford, and Harvard.
He’s sat on both sides of the transaction table, writing the cheques as a buyer and negotiating the deal as a seller.
Kathryn built and sold her own multi-million dollar company. She helped orchestrate a $75 million business sale.
She’s doubled revenue for global operations. Then, she built another 8-figure business.
